Does he have good toys or is he just a bore
Wonder what day will my birthday be
Wonder what cake will my parents get me
If it's a weekday what shall I wear to school
If it's a weekend will I have a party by the pool
Have I done my tests alright
Will I be allowed to stay up tonight
No clues about what's happening on news
No worries of having to voice my views
No idea about who is ruling our country
No worries about the recession affecting me
No fears about what lies in store for me the next day
Will I get my pink slip or a raise in my pay
No worries about the rising fuel price
No worries about where my future lies
Oh do take me away back in time
Take me away from this world of crime
